1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password.
• Profile Data: Your name, username, run club affiliations, profile pictures, and any other information you choose to add to your public profile.
• Event Data: If you are a Host, we collect event titles, locations, descriptions, and schedules that you create.
• Device and Usage Data: We collect information about the device you use to access Pace and app usage metrics.
• Push Notification Tokens: We collect device tokens (via Apple APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging) to enable real-time notifications from run club hosts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Pace app.
• Process your RSVPs and update event rosters in real-time.
• Send you push notifications regarding event updates, delays, or announcements initiated by run club Hosts.
• Calculate and display your personal running statistics (e.g., total checked-in runs).

3. How We Share Your Information

With Other Users: When you RSVP to a run, your profile name and picture will be visible on the event roster to the Host and other attendees.

With Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary technical data with trusted infrastructure partners to operate the app (Supabase for databases, Firebase for notifications). We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

4. Your Choices and Rights

You can opt out of push notifications at any time by altering the settings on your mobile device. You may request to delete your account and associated data by contacting us or using the in-app deletion tools.
