How do I create or host a run club?

Currently, host privileges are granted on an approval basis to ensure community safety. Please email us with your run club details to get verified as a Host.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Please check your iOS device settings. Go to Settings > Pace > Notifications and ensure 'Allow Notifications' is toggled on. If you still have issues, try logging out and back into the app.

How do I edit my profile or lifetime stats?

Your profile details can be edited from the Settings tab in the app. Lifetime stats are calculated automatically based on your checked-in runs and cannot be manually edited.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can permanently delete your account by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account inside the app. Alternatively, you can email support to request manual deletion.
