1. Description of Service

Pace is a platform designed to connect runners, facilitate run club management, allow users to RSVP for running events, and track event attendance. We provide the software infrastructure for users and run club organizers ("Hosts") to interact, schedule, and coordinate local running events.

2. Assumption of Risk and Physical Activity Disclaimer

Inherent Risks: Running, jogging, and participating in group fitness events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. By using Pace to discover and participate in running events, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

No Liability for Events: Pace is a technology platform, not an event organizer. We do not endorse, supervise, or control the running events, the routes, the conditions, or the actions of Hosts or other attendees. Pace assumes no responsibility or liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or related to a run club event.

3. User Conduct

When using Pace, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local laws.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users, Hosts, or third parties.
• Create fake events, impersonate another person or run club, or provide false information.
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer the Pace app or its underlying API.

4. Host and Organizer Responsibilities

If you use Pace to create or manage run clubs, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, safety protocols, and route planning. You agree to use the "Notify Runners" broadcasting tool solely for event-related logistical updates and not for marketing spam or abusive messaging.
